C1-C2: Small or Moderate complete tear, usually pinhole sized or <3cm in any direction of only one tendon
C3: Large, complete tear with an entire tendon, usually 3-5 cm in any direction
C4: Massive rotator cuff tear involving two or more rotator cuff tendons, usually described as greater than 5 cm
